Hello,
In principle App Builder nor the program installer requires administrator privileges. Certainly the problem exposed here is apparently related with permissions, but, by default (and in normal circumstances) my software never requires administrator privileges in order to be correctly installed and for properly work.
Hello,
Hi David,
Can you update the cordova-plugin-admob (extension) to cordova-plugin-admobpro?
I can't understand... the plugin works for me here. Are you tried with "cordova-plugin-admobpro" and they works? I need to study that because I am not sure right now about the differences between this two plugins. In the meanwhile, if you needed, change the ID by yourself edunt.
Hello,
Thanks tin, I will take a look at that.
Hello,
If you are sure why not open a new issue in the plugin's project page?
Hello,
Hi,
Yes, I have gone through it. Another discovery for it not work is because I am using Android 5.xx that is why.
I test the AdMob sample in my Android 4.4.2 and 5.1.1 devices and works fine edunt.
Hello,
I put a link for the AdMob requisites above:
Hello,
Try with the AdMob plugin home page / documentation, specifically the Installation chapter.
Hello,
I try right now with the AdMob sample and they works as expected. The problem is related with "com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads", then with the Cordova's AdMob plugin. Probably edunt need to assert they have installed the Cordova's AdMob plugin requisites using the Android SDK manager.
Hello,
But this is not an App Builder question, edunt. I can help you if you found some problem in App Builder, but, I can't help you (all the time) if the problem is in Cordova, Ant, Java, Android SDK, etc. I recommend you to start by search in Google about the problem. I am not an expert in these all software.
Hello,
That's a Cordova's error, edunt, not an App Builder problem. Certainly I get some similar errors sometimes. Since my computer is not too much fast, sometimes the Java Virtual Machine cannot be initialized, then Cordova raised the appropiate error. I close some big programs and try again and commonly the error dissapear. Sometimes I also restart my computer and this kind of problems also dissapear. Try it by yourself some of these possible ways...
Hello,
Interesting. I will take a look. Thanks for sharing tin.
Hello,
Another thing for reminder. If you config it and still not press save button, then build the app.It will not build(because it use config that not save before) :D
It's correct. Debug (F9) save the application (if modified) before compile but Build (F8) do not save the application before compile, even if they is modified.
Hello,
Honestly I am not an expert in the "zipalign" tool so I am not sure if can help you... maybe a search in Google can provide you more effective help... anyway, you get some error message? This works for you in the past? Sorry if I can't tell you more right now...
Hello,
Maybe is a design error (may the "BAT files" checkboxes must be disabled) because BAT files have non sense if the configuration file does not exists. At least this is the App Builder behaviour: if the config file is not created, then the BAT files are not created too. In fact this is true, because Cordova uses such config file.
So I really don't know what to do. Maybe I can disable the "Bat files" checkboxes if the "Config file" checkbox is not checked. Or allow the creation of BAT files even when the config file is not ready (?). Anyway, remember we must save the application changes and uses "Build", not "Debug", since this last never creates BAT files.
