Changes in this version
- Add a new "Show browser progress bar" option at the app window options. This option is true by default and determines if the app browser should show a small progress bar at the bottom of the browser while the app contents are loading. Set this option to false, causing that the browser progress bar will not be shown nor used. Other minor changes have been made on the app options form.
