Changes in this version
- Fix a bug which causes that we can add an external JavaScript file (from the app Files Manager) with an attribute "none" which is reflected "as is" in the final app index.html, which is wrong, since this "none" type will cause that the external JavaScript file is not retrieved as expected by the browser and then cannot be used by the app. Thanks Neil for reporting this error!
